Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Eric Emanuel Yankees.
Return Eligibility
- Return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of odors, stains, or damage.
- All original tags, stickers, and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items returned that do not meet the above conditions may be refused and sent back to you.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of limited releases and hygiene standards, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Limited-drop or “final sale” items marked as such on the product page
- Underwear, socks, face coverings
- Gift cards and digital items
- Custom or personalized products
- Worn or used items, or items missing original tags/packaging
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email our team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason (or desired exchange size/color).
- We’ll reply with next steps and a Return Authorization (RA) if eligible, plus the correct return address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of RA approval using a trackable service. Share the tracking number with us.
Unapproved returns or returns sent to the wrong address may be refused.
Refunds
- Once your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 3–10 business days).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the item was purchased with a discount or during a promotion, the refund reflects the amount paid.
- Where appropriate, we may offer store credit as a faster alternative.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for size or color where stock is available.
- To secure inventory, we may ask you to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
- We cannot hold or reserve items for exchange.
- Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged/defective item or the wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
- Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- Do not dispose of packaging until we complete the claim review.
We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate after verification.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- We recommend using an insured, trackable service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- No restocking fee is charged on approved returns that meet policy conditions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
Resolutions depend on the carrier’s investigation and any selected shipping protection.

- Pre-orders and limited-release items are often final sale; see product pages for specific terms.
- Refused or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping charges.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements or show signs of wear/use.
