Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships. Check spam/junk if you don’t see it.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after label creation.
  • If your package shows delivered but you can’t locate it, please wait 24 hours and then contact the carrier. If unresolved, reach out to us.
  • High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.

Address Changes & Order Edits

  • We begin processing quickly. If you need to change your address, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order at [email protected].
  • Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages. Address issues may result in return-to-sender.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO

  • PO Boxes: Shipped via USPS where eligible.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Supported via USPS. Delivery times vary.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • International orders may incur import duties, VAT, and fees upon arrival.
  • These charges are determined by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility unless prepaid at checkout.
  • Refusal to pay duties may result in return-to-sender. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, we’ll assist with a carrier investigation and claim.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of packaging and item.
  • Packages marked “delivered” are the responsibility of the recipient; please check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier. We’ll support where possible.

Pre‑Orders & Split Shipments

  • Pre-orders ship by the stated window on the product page.
  • Orders containing in-stock and pre-order items may ship together by default. Contact us if you prefer split shipments (additional shipping may apply).

Holidays & Peak Times

  • During major releases and holiday periods, both processing and carrier transit times may be extended.
  • We’ll communicate any significant delays via email or site banners.

Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender

  • If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we’ll contact you to reship (additional postage may apply).
  • Unclaimed/returned orders can be refunded minus original shipping after they are received back in our facility and inspected.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide to most destinations with tracked and express options. Duties and taxes may be due on delivery depending on your country.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at [email protected]. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. We can’t reroute packages once in transit.
My tracking shows delivered but I can’t find the package.
